For good cause shown, Plaintiff's motion to modify the briefing schedule is GRANTED IN PART. Accordingly: 1. Plaintiff shall file its response, if any, to Defendant's motion to amend on or before September 8, 2008; Until the Court rules upon Defendant's motion to amend, neither party shall file a dispositive motion; and Assuming the Court grants Defendant's motion to amend, the parties shall have four months in which to conduct additional discovery limited to the subject of Defendant's counterclaims.
