Before the court is the parties' Joint Motion for Pre-Trial Consolidation (Motion), filed pursuant to Rule 42 of the Rules of the United States Court of Federal Claims. The Motion requests that the above captioned cases be consolidated for pre-trial purposes. Based on the representations stated therein, the court GRANTS the Motion. Copies of this Order shall be filed in each case hereby consolidated. The parties shall file separate motions to consolidate in each case listed in the above caption on or before Friday, February 16, 2007. The lead case for purposes of pre-trial consolidation shall be Alpha I, L.P. v. United States, no. 06-407 T. After the filing of their separate motions to consolidate, the parties shall make all filings under the caption appearing on the first, second and third pages of this Order.
