Before the court is the parties' Joint Motion to Extend Deadlines (Motion). The parties state that they "are exploring the possibility of settlement," Motion 3, and request an extension of the discovery schedule set forth by the court's order of August 2, 2007, see Order of Aug. 2, 2007, in order to "possibly avoid some of the costs associated with expert discovery," Motion 3. Based on the representations therein, the Motion is GRANTED. The court's Order of August 2, 2007 is AMENDED, and the court ORDERS the following schedule: 1. Expert Reports. The parties shall exchange expert reports on or before Friday, November 16, 2007. Expert Discovery. The parties shall complete expert discovery on or before Friday, December 14, 2007. Dispositive Motions. Dispositive motions shall be filed on or before Thursday, January 31, 2008. The parties shall have up to and including 35 days after the filing date of dispositive motions to submit their responses. The parties shall have up to and including 14 days after the filing date of responses to submit their replies.
