The Clerk of the Court notified chambers that Plaintiffs' Motion to Strike, filed on September 14, 2007 (Motion), does not comply with the Rules of the United States Court of Federal Claims (RCFC). Plaintiffs' Motion does not comply with RCFC 5.2(a)(1)(A) and 5.2(a)(1)(G) because plaintiffs did not include a table of contents or index to the appendix in its brief or in front of the attached appendix. The court ACCEPTS plaintiffs' Motion as filed. However, plaintiffs shall file a motion for leave to file an index to its Motion.
