The court adopts the parties' proposed schedule, as follows: · The parties shall exchange initial disclosures no later than Friday, September 26, 2008. Plaintiff shall disclose the identity of any expert witnesses no later than Friday, October 31, 2008. Defendant shall disclose the identity of any expert witnesses no later than Friday, December 5, 2008. Fact and expert discovery shall close no later than Friday, March 27, 2009. The parties shall file dispositive motions, if any, no later than Friday, May 15, 2009, with subsequent briefing to follow the schedule set forth in RCFC 7.2(c).
