The Grand Jury charges that at all times relevant to the Indictment:

deployed to Kuwait, M. COCKERHAM visited her husband on at least two occasions. Carolyn Blake ("73LAKE")is a United States citizen who lived in Sunnyvale, Texas and Kuwait City, Kuwait .duringthe relevant time period. BLAKE is COCKERHAM'S
sister.
