Plaintiffs will file their response to the Government's motion to dismiss by May 20, 2008. Defendant will file its reply to plaintiffs' response by June 16, 2008. Counsel for all parties have conferred and agreed upon these dates. Further, counsel for defendant has consulted with counsel for the plaintiffs concerning the Court's proposed date and location for oral argument in this matter, June 24, 2008, in San Francisco, CA.
