United States, No. 02-465 (Fed. Cl. Aug. 28, 2006) (Hewitt, J.). The parties shall also address the impact of the recent decision in Conocophillips, et al. v. United States, No. 02-1367C (Fed. Cl. Sept. 12, 2006) (Wiese, J.). The court is reluctant to continue the stay in this matter pending decisions in other cases, since this case has been fully briefed since April 2006 and is prepared to reschedule argument forthwith. * * * * * No. 02-1219C (Filed Sept. 14, 2006)
