DEFENDANT'S CONSENT MOTION TO SUSPEND PROCEEDINGS Pursuant to Rule 7(b) of the Rules of the United States Court of Federal Claims ("RCFC"), defendant, the United States, respectfully requests that the Court enter an order suspending this action for 120 days. The undersigned has contacted plaintiff's counsel, who has stated that plaintiff consents to this motion. The parties have now entered into settlement agreement which will result in the voluntary dismissal of this action within 120 days. Therefore, a suspension of proceedings will secure an outcome to this case that is just, speedy, and inexpensive and is in the best interest of the Court and the parties. For the foregoing reasons, defendant respectfully requests that the Court grant this consent motion for a 120-day suspension of proceedings. Respectfully submitted, GREGORY G.
