PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE AMENDED EXHIBIT LIST Plaintiff, Northeast Savings, F.A., respectfully moves for leave to file the attached amended exhibit list. As counsel for Northeast indicated to the Court earlier today, Northeast has updated its exhibit list to reflect corrections it has made and new exhibits it has designated for possible use at trial. The amended exhibit list is attached to this motion. In addition, the amended exhibit list can be found on the CD-ROMs that counsel for Northeast provided to the Court and to the United States after opening statements earlier today. Pursuant to Appendix A, Paragraph 16, of the Rules of the Court of Federal Claims, the amended exhibit list identifies with asterisks those documents that Northeast currently expects to introduce into evidence at trial. Northeast reserves the right to seek to introduce into evidence other documents if the need arises.
