' depositions and written discovery was to completed by pril 1, 2004. This requested
. extension would place the deadline for depositions and itten discovery at April 22, {
i 2004. This is the first such requested extension to the Sc eduling Order.
R Thus far, the parties have not been able to reach a reement as to the dates for
depositions of the witnesses in this matter. This extensio is necessary because i
l
scheduling the depositions and coordinating written discovery has been difficult due to _ R
the P1aintiffs’ presence outside ofthe state of`Connecticu and the large number of parties `
involved in this case. Co-Defendants’ and Plaintif`f`s’ cou sel have been consulted and 1
. stated there will be no objections to this Motion. f
