DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT I
Pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Defendant
Georgia—Pacific Corporation ("Georgia—Pacific" or "Defendant"), hereby moves the
Court to grant summary judgment as to all counts of Plaintiffs Complaint. The
undisputed material facts, which are set forth in the accompanying Local Rule 56(a)1
Statement, reveal that Defendant is entitled to summary judgment as a matter of law.
In support of this Motion, Defendant submits the accompanying Memorandum
of Law.
