Pursuant to D. Conn. L. Civ. R. 7(b), the undersign d defendant hereby moves
for an extension of time of two (2) days, up to and includi lg March 26, 2004, within
which to respond to the plaintiffs interrogatories and Req sts for Production
addressed to the defendant. The plaintiffs lnterrogatorie and Requests for Production
seek numerous documents and responses. Despite dilig t good faith efforts, the
defendant requires additional time to locate and produce ¤. e requested responses and
