MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(c) and 26(b)(4)(C), the defendant hereby moves for a protective order precluding the plaintiff's expert, Alan Falkoff, M.D., from charging an excessive fee of $1,000 per hour for his deposition testimony. The reasons for this Motion are articulated in the defendants' supporting Memorandum of Law accompanying this Motion.
