The defendant, Rocky Hill Board of Education, hereby rTequests permission to T
file an overlong brief in reply to the plaintiffs opposition to the T:lefendant’s motion to
dismiss. The plaintlff’s 34—page opposition brief contains a deTaiIed, and lengthy
statement of facts. In order to reply to the plaintiffs motion, th defendant must T
incorporate these facts into its memorandum, and address ea h of the plaintlff’s T
factual scenarios in its responsive arguments. _
Furthermore, the plaintiffs reply addresses multiple causes of action and
