time. Further, Plaintifl’s’ counsel has inquired ofthe Defendants counsel and there is agreement
to the motion.
The requested extension is necessary to allow the Plaintills additional time to draft their
responsive papers to De1°endants’ voluminous motion for summary judgment and accompanying
memoranda of law and exhibits. Preparation of the response is more time consuming then
originally anticipated. The additional time is also necessary for counsel to continue to confer
with many members of the association.
WI—IlEREFORE, the Plaintiffs, South Lyme Property Owners Association, inc-, Charles
and Victoria Parsons and Joan Byers, respectfully request that their second motion for extension
of time be granted.
