HENRY, having been convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year, to wit, a conviction on or about March 18, 1999, in the Superior Cowt for the State of Delaware, did knowingly possess in and affecting commerce a firearm, to wit, a -22 caliber Phoenix Arms handgun, model HP22A, serial number 4233242, in violation of Title 18. United States Code, Sections 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(2). A TRUE BILL:
