PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 30 ofthe Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure, Defendant Par Pharmaceutical, Inc. ("Par") will take the oral deposition of Vince
Agnotti at the offices of Frommer Lawrence & Hang LLP, 745 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY
l0l5l beginning at 9:00 am. on January 30, 2.008, or at such other time and location as is
mutually agreeable.
The deposition will be taken in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
before an official authorized to administer oaths under the laws ofthe United States, and shall
continue from day to day until completed. This deposition may be recorded by any means
permitted under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, including audio, audio-visual, and/or
stenographic means.
