PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 30 of the Federai Rules of Civil
Procedure, Defendant Par Pharmaceutical, Inc. ("Par") will take the oral deposition of Stefan
Aigner at the offices of Frommer Lawrence & Haug LLP, 745 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY
l0i5l beginning at 9:00 am. on February l, 2008, or at such other time and location as is
mutually agreeable.
The deposition will be taken in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
before an official authorized to administer oaths under the laws of the United States, and shall
continue from day to day until completed. This deposition may be recorded by any means
permitted under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, including audio, audio—visual, and/or
stenographic means.
