WHEREAS, PLAINTTFFS Safety Braking Corporation, Magnotar Technologies Corp, and

G&'I` Conveyor Co. (collectively, "Plaintiffs"), and defendants CEDAR FAIR LP and _

PARAMOUNT PARKS, INC. ("co1leetive1y Cedar Fair’°) have agreed to meet in anticipation ofthe

"Cedar Fair" response to Plaintiffs Complaint;
