WHEREAS, Defendant having no objection;
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the parties hereto,
through their respective counsel and subject to the approval ofthe Court, that the time within
which Plaintiff shall move, answer or otherwise respond to the Counterelaim is extended to and
including August 15, 2007
