I, Christopher Perry, declare to the best of my knowledge, infonrettion and belief as
follows:
E. My name is Christopher Perry. From Iantmry I, §99l) through jltmtmry 2096 I was
the President oflftloxsrnder Fabrics and I have knowledge of the present dispute.
2. Alexander did not contract to do business with Roks in the State ot` Florida. None
of the negotiations regarding the sale ofthe llsbric subject of thc present dispute occurred in the
State oi`Fioridn; Alexander did not make any sales calls in the State of Florida.; the fabric was not
msnut[`a1cttu·ed in the State oi'Fto1·ictn; and payment was never tendered in the State ot' Florida,
Alexander had no dealings or business in the State of Florida.
3. Title to the fabric subject of the present dispute was transferred to Roles in the
State ol“North Carolina upon delivery by Alexander to s delivery company in the State of North
Carolina. That delivery company would than ship the tttbrtc to at logistics company in the State
of Florida that would, in tern, ship the fsbtic to Rokzfs manufacturing facilities in Control
America.
