PLIEASIE TAKE NOTICE that defendants, Par Pharmaceutical, lac. and Par
Pharmaceutical Companies, inc., will take the deposition of Rodger Milnes. The deposition will
commence on May l, 2008 at 9:00 am, at the oflices of Frommer Lawrence & Hang LLP,
