Pharmaceutical Companies, Inc., will take the deposition of Waiter Wimmer. The deposition

otherwise agreed in writing by counsel. The deposition will continue from day to day beginning

The examination will be conducted in accordance with Ped. R. Civ. P. 26, Ped. R. Civ. P. 30, and
other applicable rules of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure before a person authorized to

photographer.
