PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 30 of the Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure, Defendant Acushnet Company ("Acnshnet") will take the deposition of Greg Sabella
by oral examination and may be recorded by any means permitted under Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure, including videotaping and stenographic recording. The deposition will begin at
9:00 am. on August 28, 2008, at the offices of J Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP,
12275 El Camino Real, Suite 200, San Diego, CA 921 30, and will continue from day to day until
completed. The deposition will be taken before a Notary Public or other officer authorized to
