_ PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 30 ofthe Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure, Defendant Acushnet Company ("Acushnet”) will take the deposition of Dr. Alastair
Cochran on August 5, 2008 beginning at 10:00 AM. The deposition will continue from day to
day thereafter until completed. The deposition will take place at the Macdonald Burlington
. Hotel, Burlington Arcade, 126 New Street, Birnzingham, B2 4JQ, UK, or at another location to
be agreed upon between the parties. The deposition will be by oral examination and may be
i recorded by any means permitted under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, including videotaping
