Sect. 704, seeking judicial review of a final administrative decision rendered by the Administrative Appeals Office of the Department of Homeland Security, Bureau of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services denying the I-140 Petition for Alien Worker filed by Mohammad Rahman, d/b/a/ 7-11 Franchise 11306 on behalf of Alvaro T. Gracias; WHEREAS, on September 12, 2007, Defendants filed an Answer to the Plaintiffs' Complaint and the record of the administrative proceedings below; WHEREAS, the parties wish to establish a briefing schedule for this appeal on the record;
