PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 30 of the Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure, Plaintiffs Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., Samsung Electronics America, Inc.,
Samsung Telecommunications America General, L.L.C., Samsung Semiconductor, Inc., and
Samsung Austin Semiconductor L.L.C., (collectively "Sa1nsung"), by their counsel, will take the
deposition upon oral examination of Virgil E. Schuster, begimiing at 9:00 a.m. on July 3, 2008,
_ at the Hyatt Place Scottsdale, 7300 East Third Avenue, Scottsdale, AZ 85251, or at such other
time and place as may be mutually agreed upon in writing by counsel for the parties. The
examination will be taken before a Notary Public or other person authorized to administer oaths
pursuant to Rule 28 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and will continue from day to day
until completed. Testimony from the deposition will be recorded by videographic, stenographic,
audio, audiovisual, and/or real-time computer means.
