BY E-FILE The Honorable Sue L. Robinson United States District Judge U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware 844 North King Street, Room 4209 Lock Box 31 Wilmington, DE 19801 Re: Ashok Shah v. Bank of America, C.A. No. 07-554

Plaintiff's apparent disinterest in the discovery process extended to his failure to produce any initial disclosures pursuant to Rule 26(a) or to timely respond to Defendant's discovery requests. Defendant respectfully submits that Plaintiff's request for an extension of the discovery period, filed on the discovery deadline, fails to show good cause pursuant to Federal
