wholly-owned subsidiary of Actavis SD ehf., which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary
of Actavis HY ehf, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Actavis Equity ehf,

which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Actavis Group ht`., which in t11rnis owned
