IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between counsel for the
Plaintiffs, and counsel for Defendants Ranbaxy Inc. and Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited
(collectively, "Ranbaxy"), subject to the approval of the Court, that the time for Ranbaxy to
answer, move or otherwise respond to Plaintift`s’ complaint shall be extended tlirough and
