STIPULATION EXTENDING TIME FOR DEFENDANTS TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT

WHEREAS, the deadline for Defendants to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint for Declaratory Judgment (the "Complaint") is October 23, 2007; WHEREAS, the Defendants desire additional time in order to prepare a thorough response to the Complaint. IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between the parties, and subject to the approval of the Court, that the deadline for Defendants to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint is extended until November 21, 2007.
