WHEREAS, Plaintiffs tiled a Complaint for copyright iniiingement on October 5,
2007;
WHEREAS, the parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated

WHEREAS, the parties desire to have this Court retain jurisdiction for the
purpose of enforcing the Settlement Agreement;
WHEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed, by counsel for the parties,
subject to the approval of the Court, that: —
l. This action is dismissed with prejudice with each party bearing its own
attomeys’ fees and costs;
2. This Court retains jurisdiction for the purpose of enforcing the Settlement
Agreement.
