Roche Diagnostics Operations, Inc., a Delaware corporation, is a whoily·~0wned
subsidiary of Roche Holdings, Inc., a Delaware coqaoration, which is owned, through a series of
intermediate subsidiaries, by Roche Holdings Ltd. (AG).
Corange international Limited (Bermuda) is ovmed by Corange Limited (Bermuda)
which is owned by Roche Healthcare Limited (Bermuda), which is owned by Sapac Corporation

Ltd. (Canada), which is owned by Roche Finance Ltd. (Switzerland), which is owned by Roche
Holding Ltd. (Switzerland).
