5. Statement of Claimglncestuous child abuse. Also, chronic physical and
psychological abuse.
6. Facts of Case;On a regplar basis defendant forced plaintiff to perform incestuous
sex acts on her. If plaintiff refused to comply,plaintiff sufferd severe physical
abuse. One of the defendant’s favorite methods of inflicting physical torture was
to Plaintiff into STEAMING HOT bath water. Defendant would than use a very
stiff scrub brush and scrub the plaintiff s body briskly with the brush.The
defendant would not stop until the plaintiff would scream in agonizing pain.Than
the defendant would stop and smile. A sick and sadistic smile. The torture would
end temporily.
7. Plaintiff Prays for Following from the Court; $150,000.For permanent
disabiltiegpental and psychological. Which has left plaintiff completely and
totally unable to work.
