ORDER
At Wilmington this 3rd day of September, 2008.
WHEREAS, the Court having considered the Unopposed Motion to
Postpone Tutorial, and there being no objection thereto,
IT IS ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED, and that Paragraph 17 of
the April 11, 2008 Scheduling Order is modified to change the date and time of the
Tutorial to January 23, 2009 beginning at 10:00 a.m.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the previously scheduled status
teleconference of January 23, 2009 at 10:00 a.m., will instead be held in Courtroom 2A.
Local counsel are reminded of their obligations to inform out—of—state
counsel of this Order. To avoid the imposition of sanctions, counsel shall advise the
Court immediately of any problems regarding compliance with this Order.
