Accenture, Ltd., and that Accenture Ltd. owns, directly or indirectly, 10% or more of its stock.
Plaintiff ACCENTURE LLF, an Iliinois limited liability partnership, discloses that its
partners are Accenture Inc. and Accenture LLC. Accenture LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary
of Accenture Sub. Inc. Accenture Inc. and Accenture Sub. Inc. are Delaware companies.
Accenture Ltd owns, directly or indirectly, 10% or more of Accenture Inc.’s stock.
