(collectively "Accenture"), by their counsel, will take the deposition of Mike Mahoney by oral
examination. The deposition will begin at 9:00 am. on July i5, 2008, at the offices of Morrison

_ parties may mutually agree, and will continue from day to day until completed. The deposition
will be taken before a certified shorthand reporter duly authorized to administer oaths and will be
recorded through both stenographic means, including the use of real time transcription, and
