STIPULATION EXTENDING TIME The parties hereby stipulate and agree, subject to the approval of the Court, that the time within which the defendants shall answer, move or otherwise respond to the Complaint is extended to and including April 25, 2008. Counsel for the undersigned defendants represents that the extension is necessary because defense counsel was recently retained and they need the additional time to consult with their clients about the subject matter of the dispute and the anticipated response.
