Defendants Roy Eliasson, Bryon Wolf, and Alfred Wolf hereby move to stay this action
or, alternatively, to dismiss this action pursuant Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 8(a), 9(b),
12(b)(1), and 12(b)(6). The grotmds for this motion are set forth in detail in defendants’ opening
brief filed herewith.
WHEREFORE, Defendants Roy Eliasson, Bryon Wolf, and Alfred Wolf respectfully
