Lambert Company, Warner-Lambert Company, LLC and Warner—Lambert Export Limited,

1. Pfizer Inc is a publicly held corporation. No publicly held company owns
10% or more of the stock of Pfizer Inc.
2. Pfizer Ireland Pharmaceuticals is a wholly owned, indirect subsidiary of Pfizer
Inc.
3. Warner~Lambert Company, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pfizer Inc.

4. Warner—Lambert Company and Wamer—Lambert Export Limited, are the
former names of Warner—La1nbert Company LLC and Pfizer Ireland
