STIPULATION AND ORDER
IT IS HEREBY stipulated by the parties, subject to the approval of the Court, that
the time for Defendants, Tomkins Corporation, George Pappayliou and Daniel J. Disser, to
answer, move or otherwise plead in response to the Complaint (D.I. 1) is hereby extended to and
including July 30, 2008. The reason for this request is that Defendants recently retained counsel
and require additional time to assess the claims in the Complaint and determine whether to
answer, move, or otherwise plead in response.
