Dear Dr. Dalleo:
On October 14, 2005, Plaintiff GTECH Corporation submitted its Opening Claim
Construction Brief and accompanying Exhibits A-N, which were attached separately and filed
under seal (both brief and exhibits are at D.I. 112). We have since discovered that both Exhibits
H and J consisted of the Rebuttal Expert Report of Brad A. Myers. This was a mistake. Exhibit
J should have contained instead the Rebuttal Expert Report of Michael Keefe.
Accordingly, please find enclosed a corrected copy of the exhibits to Plaintiff GTECH
Corporation’s Opening Claim Construction Brief, Exhibits A—N, which were tiled under seal.
