Court, that the proposed Joint PreTrial Order [D.I. 175] submitted January I3, 2006, is amended
as follows:
l. Section VI, paragraph 8 ofthe proposed Pretrial Order body is revised as follows:
"The parties have agreed to exchange lists of proposed motions in limine on January 9, 2006 and
to meet and confer regarding the lists of proposed motions in Zimine on January I0, 2006. The
parties have further agreed to file motions in limizze on January 24, 2006. The parties will tile
oppositions to motions in limine on February 2, 2006."
