You shall participate in a Home Confinement Program without electronic monitoring under the sanction of home detention for a period of 4 months. Defendant has admitted allegations contained in Government's Petition for Revocation of Supervised Release. The Court has considered the U.S. Sentencing Commission Chapter Seven policy statements as well as the original guideline range and the disposition report and attachments. The Court finds that defendant's supervised release should be reinstated IT IS ORDERED reinstating defendant's supervised release under the original terms and conditions as previously imposed along with the following added special condition.
