STATUS CONFERENCE RE: MENTAL COMPETENCY/ INITIAL APPEARANCE Court appoints Richard Madril. Due to there being proceedings in place regarding mental competency in related case CR 06-01862-TUCFRZ(JM) court does not conduct the Initial Appearance and holds a Status Conference re: mental competency. Government states that he is in possession of a Stipulation signed by defendant and his attorney allowing the defendant's medical records to be released and turned over to the Mexican Consulate. Government states once all the arrangements are in place he will submit an order to the court for dismissal on both cases.
