The Court finds supervised release should be revoked. IT IS ORDERED revoking defendant's supervised release. IT IS ORDERED committing defendant to the custody of Bureau of Prisons for a term of twenty-one (21) months, to run concurrently with the sentence imposed in CR 06-622 PHX SMM. There will be no supervised release to follow.. Defendant waived his right to appeal under the plea agreement.
