14 A Petition for Revocation of Supervised Release having been filed and Defendant having
15 admitted the allegation that he violated Special Conditions #1 and #8 of his conditions of supervised
16 release and the Court having found that defendant has violated the terms and conditions of
17 supervised release and the Court finding that a sanction outside the Chapter 7 policy statements is
1 8 warranted,
19 IT IS THE JUDGMENT OF THIS COURT THAT defendant's supervised release is
20 REVOKED and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED committing defendant to the custody of Bureau
2 1 of Prisons for a term of EIGHTEEN (18} months, concurrent to the term of imprisonment imposed
22 in 96CR00109-001-PHX-RGS. The Court recommends that Defendant be placed at the institution
23 in Safford. No term of supervised release follows.
24 Defendant is advised of his right to appeal.
