IN CHAMBERS: It appearing that clarification is necessary with respect to sentence imposed in this action, IT IS NOW ORDERED amending the judgment in a criminal commitment dated 9/21/2005 to the effect that the two concurrent 52 month term imposed commence on 11/26/2002 instead of 11/27/2002 as previously indicated. FURTHER, IT IS ORDERED that the sentences imposed herein shall run concurrently with such term as the defendant may be serving by virtue of a sentence imposed by the Gila River Indian Tribal Court arising out of the same conduct as the Court's sentence imposed herein on Count 2.
