I hope this letter finds you doing well and having a happy New Year. I am writing simply
to ask you to remit some item(s) that your expert witness, Robert Zeidman, used in his analysis that
we need for further analysis by our own expert. I would greatly appreciate your cooperation on this.
On page 5 of his expert report, Mr. Zeidman referred to, “pure text source code files” that
he generated in order to perform his CodeMatch analyses. Mr. Zeidman explains that he used each g
of those, “pure" files to eliminate embedded binary information. Id at {[1. We need each of those Y
“pure" or “clean" pb1.files that Mr. Ziedman used in his analysis when comparing code.
I appreciate your anticipated cooperation and would also appreciate if you would get these l
tiles to me before next Friday, February 3, 2006. Thank you.
